Programs - What We Do at United Hearts Life Mission

United Hearts Life Mission exists to make authentically pro-life medical care possible for women and families—especially when pregnancies are difficult, high-risk, or heartbreaking. We do this by financially and operationally supporting a fully pro-life OB/GYN medical practice so that no woman is ever pressured to end her pregnancy due to cost, diagnosis, or fear.

Every program we offer serves one purpose: to protect life, support mothers, and provide real medical care rooted in dignity and compassion.

Our Core Areas of Support

Pro-Life OB/GYN Medical Care

We directly support the day-to-day operation of a fully pro-life OB/GYN medical practice. This allows women to receive excellent medical care without being pressured toward abortion, contraception, or sterilization. Care is provided from adolescence through menopause, with special focus on pregnancy and maternal health.

Crisis Pregnancy Support

For women facing unplanned, difficult, or high-risk pregnancies, we provide:

• Life-affirming medical care

• Ongoing emotional and practical support

• Ultrasounds and prenatal monitoring

No woman is ever turned away for choosing life.

Perinatal Hospice Program

For families whose unborn child receives a terminal or life-limiting diagnosis, United Hearts Life Mission supports compassionate perinatal hospice care. This allows parents to carry their child with dignity, love, and full medical support through natural delivery.

Support includes:

• Specialized prenatal care

• Compassionate guidance through pregnancy and birth

• Memory-making and infant loss materials

• Postpartum care and extended bereavement support

This program allows families to experience the full gift of their child’s life—no matter how brief.

Ultrasounds & Diagnostic Support

We provide complimentary and low-cost ultrasounds so that mothers can see and bond with their babies while receiving accurate medical information to guide their care.

Postpartum & Extended Maternal Care

Care does not end at birth. We provide:

• Ongoing postpartum medical support

• Physical and emotional recovery care

• Follow-up after infant loss

• Continued family referrals and resources

Education & Life-Affirming Women’s Health

We educate women on their fertility, natural reproductive health, and life-affirming alternatives to contraception—helping them understand their bodies and embrace motherhood with confidence and support.

In today’s medical system, fully pro-life healthcare is increasingly difficult to sustain. Insurance models, hospital systems, and social pressure often push women toward abortion as the “solution” to difficult pregnancies. United Hearts Life Mission exists so that real, ethical, life-affirming medical care can continue to exist—and be accessible to every woman who needs it.
